[When Obi-Wan appears on the feed again, he is lacking in his sad-eyed bearded look and instead looks as if he's struggling to contain his enthusiasm. In the background are some very large, very new surroundings and similarly dressed people - human and alien alike - wandering silently past him.]

We don't usually let visitors in past a certain area, particularly for security reasons and to uphold the tranquility of this place, but since exceptions are being made, you ought to take the opportunity.

[He smiles wide for a moment until a thought occurs to him and his face becomes quite stern suddenly.]

But there are a lot of rules here and you must follow them. Don't do anything disrespectful or disruptive. Don't harass the other Jedi, don't yell, and don't go poking your nose into places it doesn't belong.
