[Cyrus knows his appearance is a bit unsettling to some since he's been staying in Halloween Town, so he'll stick to voice to avoid possibly upsetting anyone. Really, who wants to look at a zombie?]

Pardon me, but I have begun to develop an interest in a world known as 'Port Royal' is there anyone who could tell me a bit more about it; perhaps what the place is like?

I do not believe I would be visiting any time soon, but I thought it prudent to learn-

[His sentence cuts off and the sound of a thunk can be heard as the device hits the ground along with the sound of struggling and muffled voices. Then, with a click, all is silent.]

[ooc: Cyrus has been kidnapped by Hades' minions....consequently, he won't be responding. Anyone in Halloween Town is welcome to find the device though.]

( oh look, it's ayla again. this time looking quite normal. seems she's in traverse town. maybe trying to track down a scent? hmm... )

( and she tosses the paper to the side and pulls down both of her eyelids for good measure, too. you know. just for a better understanding of the level of grumpy we're talking about here ) If you see, tell Ayla. This Ayla's friend, but lose somehow. Magic box always help though, so Ayla think maybe good idea to ask. Ayla thought found, but man turn out to be invisible... Very strange. ( that's right, she confused a ghost for him. can't blame her, they have pretty much the same ashen complexion... )

[When the video feed actually opens, the network is treated to a view of a rather scenic location within the Land of Dragons. The man it's focused on doesn't actually seem to be aware that he's being filmed. Qui-Gon is seated on a bench, dressed in a rather elaborate set of clothes, his hair resting loose for once around his currently pale face.

Just why he's being filmed perhaps isn't apparent until the feed is adjusted to show the small white birds currently seated on the man's shoulders and the one arm he has raised for them to perch on, seemingly content to just sit there in silence and observe them just as they're currently either investigating him or watching him from their various locations. Despite the hectic events which have been happening lately and this more recent unexpected change of apparel and appearance, perhaps the scene has been filmed to show there is still peace to be found in the worlds if one cares to look for it.]

[ A man with messy blonde hair and brown eyes appears in the video looking more than a little confused as he tries to figure out the device he was given.]

Yes...I believe it to be working now...but is it relaying a message yet? Oh! Yes, I think so.

[He stops fiddling with it and looks into it properly, his demeanor turning more formal.]

Excuse me, my apologies. My name is Cyrus and I have, really, only just arrived here. I was informed this place is called 'Traverse Town' and that there are many like me who do not normally belong here.

Is this the case? And, if so, what else can those of you who fit that description say of this place? I must admit, my curiosity is strong and I would like to know as much as I am able to learn of my new...home...as I suspect I will not be returning.
