Good work keepin' the heartless at bay. It was a tough fight and we lost some good folks...

However, I told ya I would explain everything once it was all over. That heartless invasion was triggered by tryin' to pull a world out of darkness. We succeeded and we're settin' it up for everybody to be able to visit soon, but since the consequences were so powerful and dangerous, we hafta figure out how to pull worlds out of the darkness without triggerin' another invasion.

We don't wanna hafta do that fifty more times, am I right? Ha-ha! [He clears his throat.] Anyway, before we realized what was goin' on, we thought the darkness was causin' everybody's abilities to mess up. I'm sure you've all met Maleficent already and Ventus has told ya everything already. Welp, it looks like she was the one causin' it. Thanks to some strong protective magic and the Cornerstone of Light we have here at Disney Castle, some of us - includin' myself - were able to avoid bein' affected. Now, I'm sure this won't be the last time we hafta fight heartless or Maleficent like that, so we're also gonna be workin' on ways to protect all of ya from the effects. Things could be a lot worse next time, so we gotta be prepared!

I gotta get back to work soon, but please: if you have any questions, don't hesitate ta ask and if I can help at all, I'd like to. I coulda never predicted that tryin' to save a world woulda had such an awful backlash, but I take full responsibility for it. It's my duty to help if I can.

[Because Allen was at school, Kanda was roaming about the worlds exploring. He was back in Agrabah surrounded by several of the people he had saved the nights before. Some offered him food, others small gifts. He tried to explain it wasn't necessary but that didn't work, instead he was walking around with a huge basket filled with food and gifts with a irritated stern look. He just wanted to get out of here. He was minding his own, just finishing up some manual labor for the people. He had actually been helpful, lending his strength to the reconstruction whenever he felt like it.

He snatched up his basket and found some more little donations weighing the thing down. His hands were unfortunately occupied that it in the commotion, colorful triplets took the opportunity to latch onto his arms. He tensed, ignoring the girls until they managed to stop him in place.]

[The girls dropped a few gifts onto the overflowing pile he all ready had and another draped a red shawl over his head. A few more laughs and some well-earned kisses on his cheek later and the girls were gone leaving him annoyed beyond all reason. He looked out of place wearing black and red with a basket but the fury the guy was giving off was hotter than the sands in the dessert at mid noon. To make matters worse, a man who hadn't been present saw the strange sight of a shawl-ed figure with a too-heavy load. He reached to peer over Kanda's shoulder.]

Excuse me, pretty lady, do you need some help carrying those-

[The man was doubled over with a piercing pain in his gut from Kanda's elbow as he walked off with that cloud of doom following him.]

[The camera is nothing but static for a good ten seconds. It seems like something hit it, or tried to break it. The camera clicks back on with a rather angry looking man crouch down next to it. He only as one arm, and seems to be almost in a period kind of clothing, almost like they would belong in Agrabah or something similar. Even the blade he now held in his hand seems old fashion, it is pointed at the screen.]

VILE THING! GIVE BACK MY BROTHERS!

[That's right people, he is talking to the comm-link. You can see there is a rather frighten looking moogle behind him on the ground, but one can see that the man is more frighten and confused then the furry creature could ever be. ]

ALTAIR? ALTAIR ARE YOU THERE?

S-sir he's not in here. The darkness-

QUIET DEMON!

[He stares hard at the commlink, a fire in his eyes now]

He has to be here. He has to be alive.

[For a moment, it seems as if Leon might just log off there, but his expression becomes more grave.]

And Maleficent has taken back the castle here at Radiant Garden. Worse yet, she put a barrier around it so no one can get in. It's probably only a matter of time before she starts amassing another army out there. She's had it out for this place from the start. Ventus told you guys a lot about her already, but it's important you know that she was the one responsible for the ten year period Radiant Garden was lost in darkness.

Don't trust her. She's only out for herself, got it?

[The recent Heartless invasion and Maleficent's arrival has had Saleh thinking. It's had other people thinking as well, he was sure of that.]

The Heartless invasion has been repelled, and we have emerged victorious. Well done, everyone.

Some people may still have doubts. Some will try to convince us that the light cannot save us. Whether to believe such claims is questionable. Though I speak only for myself, consider this...

I follow my own heart more than anything. That is what empowers me, the desire to protect what I hold dear in my heart. Even if the light should fail, I would still follow my heart. Only if my heart is lost will everything be lost.

Darkness is deceiving. Even the light can be difficult to see at times. Regardless, I will go where my heart leads me.

Darkness has engulfed my world and many others, that's something I had never heard mentioned before. Even then, there is no need for haste: answers come at their own time. These mysteries will unravel themselves with time and patience. Thank you for your assistance, I leave you in peace.

[Before he could bow in respect to the strange creature, their attention was turned to the scurrying sounds of a strange furry creature making it's way up the street towards them. The moogle seemed unmoved and Jinn, sensing no threat, remained put. The creature, a furret that had escaped from a certain albino idiot, climbed up his leg and coat to nuzzle the old man's cheek without hesitation. Qui-Gon rose a brow.]
