[Naoto stood by the jail cells of Port Royal, talking to what appeared to be the prison guard of the cells.]

So, now that you have heard my proposition, I hope that you can think about my offer and come to some sort of agreement.

[She bows her head slightly, putting her hand on the tip of her hat.]

I thank you for your time and I will be back later for your answer.

[She turns around and walks off, leaving behind a rather confused guard and a bunch of prison guards that were just staring, after all they didn't have much else to do. Once she has gotten outside she looks at the device.]

It has come to my attention that in other worlds there seems to be no way to enforce the rules, so when people break them, there is no way to punish them correctly. I was hoping that the world here would allow us to use just one cell so that any rule breaking would mean coming here, but as of yet the answer to this is currently unknown.

[She is currently walking through the business part and watches as a couple of drunken idiots stumbled out from the bar into the street. She watched them for a little bit before sighing slightly.]

As much as I would like to help around here, I still have a case I need to get back to.

[Which given what she had so far, wasn't going exceptionally well. though she did figure someone must have known about what the device can do, so that narrowed her option.]

Speaking of the case, I'm not close to finding out who did it, but I do have some information that will be of use, which does cut down the number considerably.

[The video was an accident. A button had been mistakenly hit when the Commander had reached up to the bed stand trying in vain to reach the small bottle of potion. He coughed raggedly from his couched position on the floor. He was far to weak to stand and the potion bottle was just out of reach…

His hand dropped away. It was just too far. This would be the end then. Coughing his last few breaths out on the rented floor of a Radiant Garden hotel. At least the pain would end. Everything would be over and he wouldn’t have to endear this pain any more. That almost sounded good.

A heartless danced closer just waiting for the man’s final defenses to drop. ]

[Eagle managed to choke the question out before collapsing in a coughing fit again. Why was a heartless here?]
