[The little Youkai's had already explained but he couldn't... surely they were lieing? Yet, here he was, they'd sent him to this place, it was apparently a school of some sort. He'd arrived in a strange town and the little Youkai, moogle's they called themselves, had tried to enplane... He hadn't wanted to believe....but he'd been expecting something to go wrong. He'd known this almost..peaceful time of the last year or so had been too good to last... But this?

 

He sat watching the water lap at the sand of the beach. his legs were curled to his chest. He wasn't crying...he'd already done that. He was staring woefully at the device he'd been given. It was clear he didn't really realize it was on by the bemused look in his gold eyes. He bit his lip and looked around slowly, clearly unsure. Then he spoke to thin air, in a voice soft and so lost.]

 

What now?

 

[ To a boy who'd never had much of anything, who had finely, finely started to gain it, only to have it all snatched away again... Frankly it was a miracle he hadn't just went insane but as it was he in shock at the moment and had no idea how to move from here. Maybe...maybe he could just sit here a while. It was pretty here.]

[Oz leant back slightly on a chair, in the middle of Wonderland his feet lightly placed on the very edge of said chair and a cup of tea held carefully within his hands.]

You know, I never thought about it before, but it really has been almost a year since a lot of us first arrived.

[He smiles slightly, if people remember him from the heartless fiasco would know that he appears to be doing better.]

Although I realised another thing. [He places the tea cup he was drinking from onto it's correct saucer he was holding as he gently placed it down, making sure before hand that his feet were firmly placed upon the ground before he did.] Technically I should be sixteen soon.

[He laughs lightly, never really thinking about this fact before, besides, it would be weird to celebrate something like that. Even more weird was the fact back in his own world he was technically meant to be 26, not 16. Thank you being in the Abyss.]

You know, even though I am sad that none of my friends could be here with me, I'm kind of proud at the stuff I have managed to do over the course of the year.

[He reaches out once more for his cup, putting it to his lips before taking a sip.]

I feel like I've improved as a person and a fighter. So, I know I've learnt alot, but I wonder if anyone else here has learnt something since they arrived. Even if it's just a tiny thing like learning to cook for yourself, or something like that.

[He smiled putting the cup down again before tlting his head and smiling, before reaching over to turn off the feed.]
